Return & Refund

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Except for the major defects in the goods or delivery problems, all goods will not be returned, refunded, and exchanged. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 3 days at osc@scmp.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

How do I check the status of my order?
